The Burrell Scenic Showmans Locomotive promoting the Grand Scenic Diving Dolphins ride, is painted in a rich red-brown colour scheme with a mass of gold line-out and lettering. Additional artwork includes some finely painted dolphins along the sides of the roof, while on the front roofboard further artistic lettering reads ‘Success to the Strongest’ with some decorative Fleur de Lys beneath which is the registration plate FA 2316. The red and gold Burrell Company lettering is situated in its usual place on the front of the boiler and a final detail sees the Dolphin nameplate towards the back of the engine.
This majestic little model certainly deserves a place on your fairground field!
